Terms and Conditions

What carrier do you use for shipping?

All shipments are made through USPS. 

What are your shipping costs?

Domestic shipping is free on orders over $75.  For all other orders it is $4.  

Do you ship internationally and how much does it cost?

Yes, we ship anywhere! International shipping is free on orders over $250.  For all other orders it is $10. 

Do you charge sales tax?

Since we are in the wonderful state of Delaware, there is NO sales tax on any order!!

What is your return policy?

If an item arrives to you broken or we sent the wrong item, we will replace it.  You must ship back the damaged/incorrect item back to the store.  If you are not satisfied with an item, it can be returned within 30 days to us for store credit.  The returned product must be in new condition with the original packaging.  Please include the invoice number in your returned package.  Purchase of all sale items is final and is not eligible for exchange unless it is damaged.

What are your business hours?

Our normal business hours are Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm.

How do I contact you if I have a problem with my order?

You can e-mail us at any time at info@bloomingboutiquekameleon.com or by phone at 302-296-6360.  We strive to respond to you within 24 hours. 

How quickly do you ship orders?

We strive to ship orders within 24 hours of your order being place and often we ship same day.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive a USPS tracking number once your package has shipped.  For International shipments, the customs number will be provided which will track the package until it leaves the United States.
